I have shown you this ring by Damaskos before, it was some good six months ago.. I think? I still haven't managed to get over its beauty. Amazing.

Just discovered that Damaskos got a facebook page loaded with loads of goodies like these (from the album 18k Gold and/ or Silver Black Rings). I absolutley love this technique with granulation and decorative rings (and black silver!)

thinking about a spring collection...

Part of my vision board for spring, there is so much, this is just a tiny fraction of it. And Im seriously troubled I don't know what track or "line" to follow... a craving this morning..

This is a ring made by the super- goldsmith Damaskos. Look at all the details, an' remember that this thing is really tiny(!). The "ropes" are two thin wires twisted tightly together. Made from scratch by hand...

Now this IS a bangle, likin it quite alot, what do you guys think? Please don't think me old fashioned, I'd only wear this kind of jewellery with very very simple clothing. Let your jewells be your statement pieces, not your clothes ;)
