disc earrings

For some years one of my cousins worked for my father, during his time in my fathers studio he designed a few pieces, amongst them these earrings. I wore them everyday almost for a year... So simple yet beautiful. To me this design is not very greek..it has more of a nordic  touch.. Tune in tomorrow, to hear more about the difference between nordic and mediterranean designs..

A while ago I found these earrings that I thought lost, I never wore them.. they made me look old. Lol. They still do, but I treasure them dearly, that deep unsettling blue colour..

OMG, need I say more??? For Under a thousand dollars this oh so pretty thing could be yours,  I'm dying of envy...

weird engraving..

The backside of a brooch that my father (made) and gave to my mother. The inscription has gotten to my head. It says "doron" in greek which means gift... Why would he write that? It's quite obvious that it is a gift..(right?).. on other pieces he gave her there are engravings too, most of whom make Do make (some kind) of  sense... =P
